Welcome to Garden AI Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Service

Garden AI Studio provides AI-powered landscape design tools that allow users to upload images of outdoor spaces and generate redesigned visualizations ("Generations").

2. User Accounts & Credits

  • You must create an account to use certain features of the Service.
  • The Service operates on a credit system. 10 Credits = 1 Image Generation.
  • Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. They reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. AI Generations & Disclaimer

The designs generated by our AI are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. They are not professional architectural or engineering plans.

Garden AI Studio makes no guarantees regarding:

  • The feasibility, safety, or structural integrity of any generated design.
  • The accuracy of plant species identification or their suitability for your specific climate.
  • Compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, or HOA regulations.

Always consult with a licensed professional (landscape architect, contractor, or engineer) before beginning any physical construction or landscaping work.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By uploading, you grant Garden AI Studio a license to process and store these images to provide the Service.

Generated Content:

  • Free & Starter Plans: You are granted a license for Personal Use Only. You may not use the images for commercial purposes (e.g., selling the designs, marketing a landscaping business).
  • Pro & Business Plans: You are granted a license for Commercial Use. You may use the generated images for client presentations, marketing, and professional portfolios.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis but are generally not provided for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garden AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Abuse Prevention & Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement the following protections:

  • Email Normalization: Email addresses are normalized to prevent duplicate account creation. For example, email+variant@gmail.com is treated as email@gmail.com. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits is prohibited.
  • Daily Limits: Free tier usage is subject to a global daily limit to prevent system abuse. If the daily limit is reached, free users may need to wait until the next day or upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.
  • One Account Per User: Each user is permitted one free account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
